摘 要:用传统的熔融冷却法制备了适用于光纤拉制的As2S3玻璃,研究了其透过率、热学属性、拉曼特性和二阶非线性光学性能及其稳定性。结果表明,对As2S3玻璃进行热-电场极化处理后,可以观察到明显的二次谐波发生信号,但是其稳定性较弱。拉曼分析表明样品在极化前后无明显结构变化。在5 kV、100℃对样品极化处理40 min后可获得最强的二阶非线性极化率值为0.38 pm/V。通过引入微量Na+后,可明显增强二次谐波发生信号的稳定性,这将有利于其在红外光电器件中的实际应用。As2S3 glasses that suit for the fabrication of fibers were prepared by the conventional melt-quenching technique.Their transmissivity,thermal properties,Raman spectra,second-order optical nonlinearity and stability were studied.The results indicate that second harmonic generation(SHG) could be induced in As2S3 glass after thermal-electric poling,but the stability of SHG was weak.Raman analysis indicates that no obvious structural changes have been induced in sample after poling.A largest second-order nonlinear susceptibility of 0.38 pm/V could be obtained in the samples after poling at 5 kV、100 ℃ for 40 min.With the addition of Na+,the stability of SHG can be enhanced obviously,this will be beneficial for the real application of As2S3 glasses in the infrared optoelectronic devices.
