摘 要:以船舶柴油机的典型摩擦学系统缸套-活塞环为对象,对各个缸套进行表面处理(如表面凹坑、凹槽等),然后在专用的摩擦磨损试验机上对缸套-活塞环摩擦副进行模拟试验,监测磨损过程中的振动信号,对比研究装配普通缸套和经过各种表面处理的缸套工况下柴油机机身表面振动信号,利用小波包的分解与重构,获取了高频信号分量并提取其能量特征。通过比较不同表面处理缸套的特征值得出不同表面处理的缸套对柴油机振动的影响。The tribological system of cylinder liner-piston ring was regarded as the research object.The surface of each cylinder was treated where some pits and grooves were made.The cylinder-piston ring simulation experiments were then investigated using a tester.The vibration signals during testing were collected.The comparison analysis of diesel engine condition body surface vibration signals between conventional cylinder and a variety of surface treatment of cylinder was conducted.The wavelet packet decomposition with the reconstruction was used to obtain a high frequency signal components and extract its energy characteristics.Through comparing the characteristics of the value on the cylinder with different surface treatment,the effects of cylinder surface on diesel engine vibration were gained.
