摘  要:利用大型有限元软件Marc建立了轧制过程三维有限元仿真模型,以某1700mm冷连轧机为对象,分析了冷连轧机不同入口厚度和不同架次下的金属横向流动的特点,发现冷连轧机门户机架1#机架带钢厚度最厚、压下量最大,带钢金属横向流动最有条件,为实现凸度和平坦度的解耦创造了基础。提出了一种新的边降控制工作辊辊形即连续变锥度工作辊CVTR(Continuously Variable Taper Roll),并配套使用VCR(Varying Contact Length Backup Roll)支持辊,提高了轧机的辊缝横向刚度,增强了轧机抵抗轧制力波动而保持不变的能力,为实现板形的良好控制创造了条件。A finite element model was established to simulate the rolling process by the Marc software.The metal transverse flowing characteristics were studied for the strip of different entrance thickness and different mill stands of 1700 tandem cold rolling mills.It showed that strip of the gate mill had good transverse flowing characteristics because of its big thickness and reduction,and it provided a good foundation for the decoupling of strip crown and flatness.A new work roll contour was proposed and named as CVTR(Continuously Variable Taper Roll).It was matched the VCR(Varying Contact Length Backup Roll) backup roll to use,and the roll configuration could strengthen the ability of resisting the fluctuation of rolling force.It was a good foundation for the good strip profile control.
