摘 要:[目的]基于均匀设计法探讨黄花乌头、北乌头和高山乌头的水蒸气蒸馏液对大螟、玉米螟和大豆荚螟的触杀作用。[结果]对大螟的24 h触杀结果表明:3种乌头对大螟均有较强触杀作用,触杀活性顺序为北乌头>黄花乌头>高山乌头。48 h时黄花乌头和北乌头对大螟保持着较好的触杀作用,触杀活性顺序为北乌头>黄花乌头。72 h仅北乌头还保持着较强的触杀作用。24、48、72 h致死中浓度LC50值分别为12.72、5.43、1.44 mg/L,校正死亡率分别达85.7%、88.9%、98.2%;对玉米螟的24、48 h触杀结果表明:北乌头和高山乌头对玉米螟均有较强的触杀作用,触杀活性顺序为北乌头>高山乌头。72 h仅北乌头保持着较强的触杀作用。24、48、72 h致死中浓度LC50值分别为15.97、15.17、1.71 mg/L,校正死亡率分别达92.3%、95.0%、99.4%;对大豆荚螟的24、48、72 h触杀结果表明:北乌头和高山乌头对大豆荚螟均有较强的触杀作用,触杀活性顺序均为北乌头>高山乌头。其24、48、72 h致死中浓度LC50值分别为17.27、17.18、12.39 mg/L,校正死亡率分别达90.0%、91.8%、99.0%。[结论]3种乌头对大螟均有较强触杀作用,北乌头和高山乌头对玉米螟和大豆荚螟表现出较强的触杀效果,黄花乌头对玉米螟和大豆荚螟的触杀效果不显著。[Aims] study on contacting activity against sesamia inferens,ostrnia nubilalis and etiella zinckenella with steam distillation from Aconitum coreanum(levl.) rap.,Aconitum kusnezoffii rchb.and Aconitum monanthum Nakai by uniform design method.[Results] The 24 h results of contacting to s.inferens showed that three A.had high contacting activity,the order of contacting activity was A.kusnezoffiiA.coreanumA.monanthum.A.coreanum and A.kusnezoffii maintained good contacting activity to s.inferens in 48 h,the order was A.kusnezoffiiA.coreanum.only A.kusnezoffii still had strong contacting activity to s.inferens in 72 h.lc50(mg/l): 12.72(24 h),5.43(48 h),1.44(72 h).The corrected mortality reached 85.7,88.9 and 98.2% respectively.The 24 and 48 h results of contacting to o.nubilalis showed that A.kusnezoffii and A.monanthum had high contacting activity,the order of contacting activity was A.kusnezoffiiA.monanthum.only A.kusnezoffii still had remarkable contacting to o.nubilalis in 72 h.lc50(mg/l): 15.97(24 h),15.17(48 h),1.71(72 h).The corrected mortality reached 92.3,95.0 and 99.4% respectively.The 24,48 and 72 h results of contacting to e.zinckenella showed that A.kusnezoffii and A.monanthum had high contacting,the order of contacting activity was A.kusnezoffiiA.monanthum.lc50(mg/l): 17.27(24 h),17.18(48 h),12.39(72 h),The corrected mortality reached 90.0,91.8 and 99.0%,respectively.[Conclusions] Three A.had high contacting activity to s.inferens,A.kusnezoffii and A.monanthum showed high contacting activity to o.nubilalis and e.zinckenella,the contacting activity of A.coreanum was not significant against o.nubilalis and e.zinckenella.
