摘 要:[目的]研究炭样小单孢菌所产抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌的抑菌作用。[方法]采用杯碟法和二倍稀释法探讨了炭样小单孢菌所产抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌的抑菌活性。[结果]炭样小单孢菌所产的抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌的抑菌直径达27.10 mm,最低抑菌体积分数与最低杀菌体积分数分别为0.78%和25%,在最低杀菌质量浓度下,抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌作用18 h杀菌率为100%。[结论]炭样小单孢菌所产的抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌具有较强抑菌作用。[Aims] The antibacterial effect of antibiotics produced by micromonospora carbonacea JXNU-1 to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae was discussed.[Methods] The antibacterial activities of antibiotics on X.oryzae pv.oryzae was studied by the standard cylinder plate method and double dilution method.[Results] The results showed that its antibacterial diameter reached 27.10 mm.mic and mBc are 0.78 and 25%(volume fraction),respectively.The sterilizing rate is almost 100% on condition that antibiotics effect X.oryzae pv.oryzae for 18 h at mBc.[Conclusions] The antibiotics produced by m.carbonacea JXNU-1 have strong bacteriostasic activity against X.oryzae pv.oryzae.
