摘　　要：对浙、粤、苏经济体的PCT申请受理情况与申请美国专利数情况进行统计分析,发现三经济体的国际专利水平提高较快,创新力在不断提高,但是,与国际先进水平相比仍存相当差距。从美国专利的"专利受让人"的性质分析,发现三省的大陆本土机构与个人对通过研发的投入和保护,以此进入世界市场的意识并不强。This paper analyzes the application of PCT and U. S. patent in Zhejiang, Guangzhou and Jiangsu. Although their international patents have improved rapidly, there is still a gap compared with the international advanced level. According to the analysis of the characteristics of U. S. patent ＇ grantee＇ , we find local institutions and individuals do not fully recognize the importance of R＆D and patent protection in the world market.
