摘　　要：科学共同体是复杂适应系统。科学共同体内有科学研究组织、科学管理组织和科学中介组织等三类主体,成千上万个主体单元。主体间的系统作用和进化要遵守内、中、外三层组织规范,主体对任一层规范的违背即构成科学组织越轨。科学组织越轨的治理要以复杂适应系统理论为指导。The community of science is a complex adaptive system. It contains three types of key subjects： scientific research organizations, scientific management organizations, and scientific medium organizations. It also consists of tens of thousands of subjects. Action and evolution in subjects should observe three kinds of organie norms. Aberration of scientific organizations means one of norms is violated. The management of aberration of scientific organizations should be based on the theory of complex adaptive system.
