中医特色孕产妇保健模式的应用和管理

摘　　要：目的：通过对产科门诊孕妇在常规孕妇保健模式基础上,进行中医生理状态评估,分析孕妇的体质类型,建立具有中医特色的孕产妇保健模式。方法：随机选取2007年10月至2009年9月在浙江中医药大学附属第一医院下沙院区产科门诊就诊的妊娠中晚期孕妇210例为研究对象,记录其中医生理状态、孕妇的体质类型,应用SPSS 13.0数据处理系统对数据进行统计分析。结果：妊娠中晚期孕妇平衡生理状态较少,偏颇生理状态较多。兼有阴血虚、痰湿、实热型居多,其次为虚热和平和型,阳虚没有。结论：产科门诊孕妇在常规孕妇保健模式基础上,进行中医生理状态评估,对偏颇状态者进行辩体施养、辩体施膳、辩体施治等综合性干预措施,可弥补当前孕妇保健模式的不足,对女性生殖健康和优生优育有着十分重要的意义。Objectives：Based on normal care model of pregnant women in the maternity clinic,assess the physiological state of traditional Chinese medicine,analyze physical types of pregnant women,and establish maternal health care model with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Methods：211 cases of pregnant women during the second half of pregnancy in Xiasha Branch of Zhejiang Chinese Medical Hospital from October 2007 to September 2009 were randomly selected as the research sample,and their physiological state of traditional Chinese medicine as well as physical types of pregnant women are recorded.By SPSS13.0,data are analyzed.Results：The balance of physiological state of pregnant women during the second half of pregnancy is relatively less,on the other hand,its unbalance type gets more,along with the type of cold and blood asthenia and phlegm and dampness type,besides,there is mainly type of excessive-heat,and secondly is peace and type Xure and no yang deficiency type.Conclusions：Based on conventional care model of pregnant women in the maternity clinic,assess the physiological state of Chinese medicine,take some integrated intervention measures,such as applying nutrition,applying diet and giving treatment to different pregnancy,which can make up for the lack of the current maternal health model,and are of great significance for women＇s reproductive health and prenatal and postnatal care.
