摘　　要：通过对首都医科大学宣武医院2009年发表在SCI的93篇文献和中国科技论文统计源902篇文献的英文引文分析,统计其图书馆的英文纸本期刊、英文电子期刊、FMJS、馆际互借系统对引文的保障率。通过分析四种不同英文期刊资源对引文的保障率,掌握首都医科大学宣武医院图书馆英文期刊的文献保障率的现状,探讨以最低成本、最大便利为读者提供文献的途径。提出调节馆藏配置,缓解医院图书馆经费和馆舍紧张的矛盾,为医院医教研提供文献支撑的最佳方案。Based on the English citation analysis of 93 SCI articles and 902 CSTSSP articles printed by Xuanwu hospital in 2009.Supply rate in paper-based English periodical,electronic English periodical,FMJS and interlibrary loan were counted respectively.Status of literature supply rate in Xuanwu Hospital library was learned by analyzing the four kinds of supply rate and the way which low costly and effectively provides literature for reader was discussed.Best way to provide literature for medicine,education and research departments by adjusting library resources to smooth the contradiction of lack of funds and shortage of collection houses was discussed.
