摘　　要：医患关系是近年来我国社会关注的热点话题,具有很强的社会性,受到社会政治、经济、文化等诸多因素的影响。研究域外医患关系的现状及成因,以期对缓解国内医患关系的对策有所借鉴。本文从医疗保障制度、医疗风险分担机制、医疗资源配置、医院管理、医疗纠纷处理机制、医患沟通以及医院文化等方面进行了比较研究并对我国如何改善医患关系提出建议。Hospital patient relationship is a key topic in current years.It has strong sociality and has been influenced by many factors such as society,politics,economy and culture.Understanding status and its causes of oversee hospital patient relationship can give reference of smoothing hospital patient relationship in China.Comparison research has done in aspects of medical security system,medical risk allocation mechanism,medical resources allocation,hospital management,medical dispute solving mechanism,hospital patient communication and hospital culture and suggestions on promoting hospital patient relationship are mentioned.
