摘　　要：目的:调研上海市医疗机构办公自动化(office automation,OA)的建设和应用的现状、影响因素,并探讨办公自动化建设和应用中存在的问题与今后的改进方向。方法:通过对上海市二、三级医疗机构开展OA系统建设和使用等情况的问卷调查,对其结果运用统计学的方法进行分析。结果:三级医院均不同程度地开发使用了OA系统,其中三级甲等综合性医院比例较高,占86%以上。医疗机构的OA系统以购买服务、低投入为主,牵头部门大部分在信息科,应用人员以管理人员为主。目前OA系统功能开发使用局限于会议通知和邮箱,管理和决策功能开发使用较少,各单位存在对OA系统的认识误区,其中最重要的部分智能分析、科学决策的功能没有被认为是重点。结论:上海市二、三级医院机构中OA系统仍处于起步阶段,要加强OA办公知识的培训,加大开发OA需求的项目和扩展OA的分析决策功能,整体有力协调OA系统,使其高效运行,可促进发挥其决策功能。Objectives ： To investigate current situation, application and influencing factors of office automation in Shanghai medical institution, and to explore the problems of the application of office automation, and achieve future improvement. Methods： Questionnaire was designed to investigate the construction and application of OA system in secondary and tertiary medical institutions in Shanghai, and statistics methods were used. Results： Tertiary medical institutions all have been developed OA system in different degree, of which, the application rate in ttn＇ee A-level general hospitals is relative high, above 86%. OA system of medical institutions is mostly purchased, low input. The leading department is mainly information section and the most frequent users are management staffs. OA system functions currently only focus on meeting note and email system, management and decision-making function is poor. Some misunderstanding of OA system in hospitals is existed. For example, the most important part of intelligent analysis, scientific decision-making function is not considered as a priority. Conclusion： OA system in Shanghai secondary and tertiary institutions is still at the initial stage. Strengthening the training of OA knowledge, increasing demands analysis and extending decision-making function in OA System and integrating OA System can help OA System efficient operation and developing its decision-making function.
