2006～2009年华西医院环境卫生监测效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]了解华西医院环境卫生学监测结果,为医院感染控制提供科学依据。[方法]统计华西医院各年度环境卫生学监测数据,并分析各项监测指标在各年度的差异。[结果]空气、内镜内腔面、物体表面、消毒液和医护人员手的监测平均合格率分别为92.52%、96.21%、98.23%、97.68%和93.93%;各项监测指标在各年度的对比分析中发现,物体表面各年度合格率差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),空气、内镜内腔面、消毒液和医护人员手等4项指标各年度合格率不同或不完全相同(P﹤0.05),总体合格率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]华西医院环境卫生监测合格率较高,但尚存不足,需加强消毒管理,尤其是室内空气的消毒工作。[Objective]To evaluate the results of environmental hygiene monitoring in West China Hospital,and offer scientific evidence for nosocomial infection management.[Methods]Added up the data of environmental hygiene monitoring in West China Hospital,and statistically analyzed the differences of each index in every year.[Results]The average qualified rates of hygiene monitoring results of air,endoscope,surface,disinfectant and hands of health care workers was 92.52%,96.21%,98.23%,97.68% and 93.93%,respectively.In comparative analysis of each index in every year,it was found that there was no statistically difference with surface（P﹥0.05）but statistically differences with air,endoscope,disinfectant,hands of health care workers and total qualified rates（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]The qualified rates of environmental hygiene monitoring in West China Hospital are relatively high,but there are some defects,so it is necessary to enhance the management of disinfection,especially disinfection of air in-room.
