摘  要:[目的]了解四川省儿童大骨节病病情现状及相关危险因素。[方法]调查74个大骨节病病区村的自然环境和社会经济等基础资料,采用临床和X线拍片的方法,调查儿童大骨节病病情现状,采集儿童发样及当地主食粮样进行含硒量检测。[结果]临床检查7~12岁儿童4530名,检出Ⅰ度患者8例,临床检出率为0.18%;拍摄7~12岁儿童右手X线片4530张,X线阳性片83张,阳性检出率平均为1.83%(0~13.73%),病情活跃程度指数平均为1.30,病情严重程度指数平均为1.83。儿童发硒水平平均为(0.26±0.07)mg/kg。粮食硒水平平均为(0.0067±0.0018)mg/kg,T2毒素含量平均为31.39ppb(2.67~101.14)。[结论]2009年四川省儿童大骨节病病情较为稳定,处于控制或基本控制范围,仅局部地区病情活跃,与主食种类及来源关系密切。[Objective]To understand children's condition of Kaschin-Beck disease(KBD)and risk factors in Sichuan Province.[Methods]Surveyed 74 villages of Kashin-Beck disease area's natural environment and socio-economic and other basic information.Did clinical detection and shoot right hand X-ray for children,collected children's hair and staple samples to test the level of selenium in these villages.[Results]4 530 children aged 7-12 year underwent clinical examination,8 cases were detected as grade Ⅰpatients,clinical detection rate was 0.18%;4 530 children aged 7-12 year underwent X-ray examination,83 X-ray films were positive.The average positive detectable rate was 1.83%(0-13.73%),index of active degree was 1.30,index of severity degree was 1.83.The average selenium level in hair of children was(0.26 ± 0.07)mg/kg.The average selenium level in staple was(0.006 7 ± 0.001 8)mg/kg,the average T2 toxin content in grain was 31.39ppb(2.67-101.14).[Conclusion]The children KBD condition is stable,which is in controlled or basically controlled state in Sichuan in 2009.Only local areas are with active disease conditions,which is closely related with the the types and sources of staple food.
