农村卫生适宜技术筛选方法的研究

摘　　要：[目的]寻找农村卫生适宜技术的科学筛选方法,为全国(各省市)地方农村卫生适宜技术的科学筛选提供参考依据。[方法]采用加权得分累加法、样品聚类分析法分析重庆市5个项目县农村卫生服务需求基线调查资料及德尔菲专家咨询结果。[结果]优选出了5个项目县的25项适宜技术,主要是针对呼吸、消化、心脑血管、妇女常见多发病等疾病的适宜技术。[结论]卫生服务需求基线调查、德尔菲专家咨询相结合是农村卫生适宜技术筛选的科学方法。[Objective]To provide the referenced information for the scientific screening of appropriate health technologies in rural area in Chongqing through founding the scientific screening method.[Methods]Analyzed the need of health service in 5 project counties and the data of Delphi using the weighted score accumulation method and the cluster method.[Results]Obtained the list of 25 appropriate health technologies in rural area in Chongqing which mainly focused on the service of respiration,digestion,blood vessel of heart and brain,and the common women diseases.[Conclusion]The baseline investigation on the need of health service and Delphi are the scientific and reasonable screening methods for appropriate health technologies in rural area.
