层级管理法在临床护理管理中的应用观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨层级管理法在临床护理管理中的应用效果。[方法]选取36名护理人员为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各18名,对照组采用常规的管理模式进行护理管理,观察组采用层次管理模式进行管理,后将两组护理人员管理前后的的各项考评成绩及患者的满意度进行调查研究及比较。[结果]观察组的基本理论考核成绩及操作考评成绩明显高于对照组,患者的满意程度也明显高于对照组,经比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均﹤0.05)。[结论]层级管理法在临床护理管理中的应用效果明显,综合优势明显,值得进一步研究及推广。[Objective]To study the effects of the application of hierarchical management in clinical nursing.[Methods]36 nurses in our department were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group 18 cases and observation group 18 cases.The control group was taken care of with routine management,the observation group was taken care of with hierarchical management,then each test score and patients＇ satisfaction before and after the management were investigated and compared.[Results]The theoretical knowledge score and operation score were higher than those of control group,patients＇ satisfaction was higher than that of control group,all P﹤0.05,there were significant differences.[Conclusion]The effects of the application of hierarchical management in clinical nursing and comprehensive advantages are obvious,and it is worthy of studying and extension.
