摘　　要：[目的]了解全球基金艾滋病(AIDS)项目县镇安县医务人员对艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,掌握医务人员对艾滋病健康教育的需求,为进一步开展健康教育提供依据。[方法]对镇安县所有医务人员进行AIDS知识和态度问卷调查。[结果]医务人员对艾滋病传播途径知识掌握较好;非传播途径的正确回答率低于传播途径。医务人员对艾滋病患者和感染者的态度比较消极,部分存在恐惧和歧视心理。[结论]医务人员作为特殊的群体,进行艾滋病健康教育特别是综合宣传教育刻不容缓。[Objective]To understand the current situation of AIDS knowledge and attitude among health care workers in AIDS Program County,and to probe into the effective intervention strategies.[Methods]Self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate in a total 614 health care workers of Zhenan County.The questionnaire contained knowledge and attitude questions of AIDS.[Results]The accurate response rate of the knowledge about transmission of HIV among health care workers was very high;the awareness rate on non-transmission ways was lower than the transmission way.The medical staff was generally with negative attitude to AIDS patients and infected persons,and a part of them were with dreaded and discriminating mind.[Conclusion]The health care workers are special population groups.AIDS health education is urgently needed for them.Integrative AIDS education must be intensified.
