《生活饮用水卫生标准》常规指标设置探讨——一起二次供水污染事件处置的思考

摘　　要：2010年春节期间,南京市某小区发生一起污水污染二次供水系统,导致该小区居民的生活受到影响。区卫生监督所在处置过程中,由于对水样检测选取常规指标项目,未能及时发现问题症结所在,导致判断失误,处置不力,发生了二次污染。反思此次处理,本文认为目前GB5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》常规指标项目设置有可商榷之处。建议调整常规指标,将耐热大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌、总硬度等项目放至"非常规项目"中,将氨氮、亚硝酸盐等这种最初、最敏感的项目调至"常规项目"中,发挥其重要的前沿哨兵作用。In 2010 Spring Festival,a sewage pollution in secondary water supply system happened at a community in Nanjing,resident life of the community were affected.In the disposal process of the District Health Authority,the problem was not solved timely and secondary pollution happened due to the biased judgment induced by the regular indices for water detection.After this event,the writer believes that the regular indices of GB 5749-2006 standards of drinking water quality have a few points needing discussed,and proposes a number of ideas.I propose to revise regular indices,change the items of heat-resisting coliforms,enteropathic bacteria and total hardness into the＂non-regular indices＂,and change the first and most sensitive items of ammonia,nitrite into the＂regular indices＂,to play its important role of frontier guards.
