血浆内皮素、同型半胱氨酸、脑利尿钠肽与糖尿病早期肾病的关系

摘　　要：[目的]探讨血浆内皮素(ET)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脑利尿钠肽(BNP)与糖尿病早期肾病的关系。[方法]测定104例糖尿病患者和47例健康对照者血浆ET、Hcy、BNP及尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)水平。[结果]糖尿病患者非肾病组血浆ET、Hcy、BNP含量与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);微量白蛋白尿组与临床白蛋白尿组血浆ET、Hcy均与正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。相关分析显示,临床白蛋白尿组糖尿病肾病患者血浆ET、Hcy、BNP与尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)呈正相关。[结论]血浆内皮素、同型半胱氨酸、脑利尿钠肽水平与糖尿病早期肾病的发生、发展密切相关。[Objective]To study the relationship between serum plasma endothelin,homocystein,brain natriuretic peptide and diabetic nephropathy.[Methods]The plasma endothelin and homocystein as well as excretory rate of urine protein in 104 patients with diabetes and 47 healthy volunteers were measured.[Results]There was not difference in the levels of plasma endothelin and homocystein and brain natriuretic peptide between patients with diabetes and healthy volunteers（P﹥0.05）;plasma endothelin levels in microalbuminuria（MA）and albuminuria group group were significantly different with that in control group（P﹤0.05）.In the simple regression analyses,plasma endothelin,homocystein levels and brain natriuretic peptid were correlated positively with urine protein excretory rate in patients with diabetic nephropathy from clinical macroalbuminuria group.[Conclusion]The results indicate that the level of serum plasma endothelin,homocystein,brain natriuretic peptid are significantly related to the presence of DN.
