联合肌骨B超诊断散焦式冲击波在肩关节损伤的临床应用

摘　　要：[目的]通过观察联合肌骨B超并散焦式冲击波对肩关节损伤患者的临床应用,探讨其作用机制及临床应用。[方法]将70例患者随机分为联合肌骨B超并散焦式冲击波(干预组)和常规治疗组(对照组)。采用百分五级评定法,主要进行疼痛、关节活动范围和日常生活活动能力三方面的综合评分评定临床疗效。[结果]治疗后干预组在疼痛减轻、肩关节活动、日常生活活动能力综合评分恢复上明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]联合肌骨B超并体外冲击波对肩关节损伤的治疗有效达到了很好的治疗效果。[Objective]Through observing the clinical application of musculoskeletal B ultrasound combined with defocusing B-type shock wave on shoulder injury,to explore its mechanism and clinical application.[Methods]70 patients were randomly divided into musculoskeletal B ultrasound combined with defocusing B-type shock wave（intervention group）and conventional treatment group（control group）.Five percent assessment method was used,pain,range of motion and activities of daily living score were comprehensively evaluated to assess clinical efficacy.[Results]After treatment,composite scores of the alleviate pain,shoulder mobility,activities of daily living in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]Musculoskeletal B ultrasound and extracorporeal shock wave treatment for shoulder injury effectively achieves a good therapeutic effect.
