摘  要:介绍了洁净钢炉外精炼脱氧技术现状,阐述了镁蒸气脱氧的新进展J、FE公司对钛脱氧夹杂物的研究、以及新日铁公司采用Ti脱氧加稀土的技术特点。探讨了CFD模型可以模拟预测钢水脱氧过程中夹杂物的形成和分布。指出了电化学脱氧是全新的无污染的钢水脱氧新技术,以及浦项对氧渗透膜在电化学脱氧方面研究的进展。The present paper introduces the status quo of the secondary refining (deoxidation) technology for clean steel making purpose, expatiates new progress of deoxidization by Mg evaporation method and the research on inclusions of deoxidization by titanium at JEF as well as the technical characteristics of deoxidization method using Ti plus rare earth adopted by Nippon Steel and indicates that formation and distribution of the inclusions in the process of hot metal deoxidization can be predicted and simulated by CFD model and points out that deoxidization by electrochemistry is a brand new technology for hot metal deoxidization without contamination and deals with the progress of application of oxygen penetration film in hot metal deoxidization by electrochemistry in POSCO.
