摘  要:目的:探讨敦煌大宝胶囊对衰老模型大鼠脑组织NO/NOS表达水平及钙平衡的影响。方法:采用D-半乳糖建立大鼠衰老模型,测定各组大鼠脑组织内NO/NOS表达水平、Ca2+-ATPase活性以及Ca2+含量。结果:模型组大鼠脑组织内NO/NOS水平、Ca2+含量显著升高(P<0.05),Ca2+-ATPase活性显著降低(P<0.05);经敦煌大宝胶囊治疗后,大鼠脑组织内NO/NOS水平、Ca2+含量显著降低(P<0.05),Ca2+-ATPase活性显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:敦煌大宝胶囊具有调节衰老大鼠脑组织NO/NOS表达水平以及钙平衡的作用。Objective:To explore the effect of DHDB on NO /NOS expression levels and calcium homeostasis in brain tissue of aging model rats.Methods:The subacutely aging model rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdominal cavity continually,and NO、NOS、Ca2 +-ATPase and Ca2 + levels in brain tissue were evaluated.Results:The NO,NOS and Ca2 + levels in model group were downregulated(P 0.05),Ca2 +-ATPase levels in that was increased significantly(P 0.05).After treated with DHDB,NO,NOS and Ca2 + levels were upregulated(P 0.05),Ca2 + levels was reduced significantly(P 0.05).Conclusions:The results demonstrated that DHDB can regulate metabolism of NO,NOS and Calcium Homeostasis in brain tissue.
