摘　　要：在对ZigBee协议分析研究的基础上,根据数字化焊机通信系统的实际情况,采用ZigBee技术在焊机与遥控器和上位机PC之间通信,方便了数字化焊机的使用。采用在ZigBee无线链路的基础上运行CAN协议的方案,既兼容了以前的产品又避免了对原系统做较大的改动。实验效果表明,该方案工作良好。In this paper, the communication between the welder and remote controller or PC is realized with the ZigBee technology, based on the analysis and research of the ZigBee protocol, and the actual situation of the digital welder communication system. This design proposal is compatible of earlier products and avoids the bigger modification for the original system, so it is convenient to use the digital welder. Experimental resuhs showed that the proposal is well done.
