摘　　要：对于一个已经在中国耕耘十多年的外国投资人而言，时间是其坚持的最好注脚，收获亦是自然而至的事情。Wearing jeans,pelisse,hat,and boot,taking a bulldog,riding horse, and running in campo,this is a typical cowboy story.For many people, American west cowboy film means the story of the age,representing a sort of heroism and mystery. West cowboys used their passion, drive,and energy to develop the culture of the western U.S.,now there is a number of this kind of cowboys who are working in the process of China’s west development.The founding partner of Lunar Capital,Derek Sulger is one of these cowboys,who are using capital and wisdom to impulse the development of west.Although the method is different,their goal is the same. As an entrepreneur,Sulger’s company went public five years after its foundation.As an investor, his investment company realized exit only in one year.Anyway,these achievements are so great. When founding Linktone Consulting Co.,Ltd.,Lunar Capital was just founded and it is so young at that time. However,Lunar Capital’s Series B fund has realized its first exit,and its Series C round of financing is started now. From founding company to investing in companies,Sulger is trying the best operation route continuously.During the interview between TopCapital Magazine and Sulger,he was telling his sight of entrepreneur and investment.
