宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉80例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果和手术安全性。方法:对80例子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜电切除术,术后随访1年。结果:采用宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉,手术时间(13.88±1.07)min,出血量(15.25±2.17)ml,无术中、术后并发症,随访无复发。结论:宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉具有损伤小、术中出血少、术后复发率低等优点,宫腔镜手术是治疗子宫内膜息肉的最佳选择。Objective：To explore the effect and safety of laparoscope in treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods： 80 cases of endometrial polyps were carried out the laparoscopic operation and followed up for one year.Results： The operation time were（13.88±1.07）min,bleeding volume were（15.25±2.17）ml while the endometrial polyps were excised by laparoscope.No complications were found during and after the operation.There were no relaps in these patients.Conclusion：The laparoscopic operation for endometrial polyps has the small invasion,less bleeding and low relaps rate.It is the best choice for the treatment of endometrial polyps.
