肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折64例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:对我院自2009年1月～2010年1月64例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者,用肱骨近端锁定钢板进行治疗。其中男34例,女30例;年龄18～67岁,平均年龄53岁。按照Neer分型,二部分骨折15例,三部分骨折30例,四部分骨折19例。用Constant评分评定其疗效。结果:术后患者随访时间为4～12个月,平均6个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间为3～9个月,平均愈合时间为(4.1±2.3)个月。二部分骨折优良率为100%,三部分骨折优良率为97.67%,四部分骨折优良率为89.78%,总优良率为95.31%。术后经X线片检查,无肱骨头坏死,无骨折不愈合,无内固定松动及断裂,无感染及血栓形成情况。结论:肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端二部分、三部分及四部分骨折,疗效显著。Objective：To study the clinical effect of proximal humeral fractures treated by locking proximal humeral plate.Methods：From January 2009 to January 2010,64 cases,including 34 males and 30 females,average 53 years old（range from 18 to 67 years old）,with proximal humeral fracture were treated by locking proximal humeral plate.According the Neer criterion,There were 15 cases with two part fracture,30 three part fracture and 19 four part fracture according the Neer criterion.Result： The follow up period was 4～12months（average 4.1±2.3 months）.The total excellent rate was up to 95.31%.Conclusion：Locking proximal humeral plate are the promising methods for proximal humeral fracture.
