摘　　要：目的探索趋化细胞因子MIP-2在急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠胰腺病变和胰外脏器损伤中的意义。方法免疫组化(S-P法)观察和分析制模后3、6 h胰腺、肺和肝组织中MIP-2的表达。结果模型组制模后3、6 h时,MIP-2的表达均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);模型组制模后6 h时MIP-2在胰腺、肺和肝脏中的表达均明显高于模型组制模后3 h时的MIP-2表达(均P<0.05)。结论大鼠AP并发肺损伤时,血清中的MIP-2可能来源于胰腺组织;AP时MIP-2在大鼠肝脏高表达,在肝脏损伤中起重要的上调作用;AP时MIP-2在肺的表达明显增加,趋化中性粒细胞,造成肺部的损害。Objective To investigate the effect of the chemoattractant cytokines MIP-2 on pancreatic lesion and the extrapancreatic organs in acute pancreatitis（AP）.Methods The MIP-2 expression in the pancreatic gland,lung,liver organization was observed and analyzed by immunohistochemistry（S-P method） 3 and 6 hours after model making.Results Expression of MIP-2 in the model group was markedly higher than that in the control group 3 and 6 hours after model making（P0.05）;the expression of MIP-2 in the pancreatic gland,lung and liver organization 6 hours after model making was markedly higher than that 3 hours after model making（P0.05）.Conclusion When rats with AP complicated by lung damage MIP-2 in serum may come from gland tissue;when rats suffered from AP high MIP-2 expression at liver might play an important role in up-regulation in the liver damage.When rats suffered from AP expression of MIP-2 in lung increased markedly,neutral granular cells for mation were sped ap and lung damage was caused.
