摘　　要：顶发射白光器件结合彩色滤光片是实现彩色化显示最简单的方法。高性能的顶发射白光器件的实现要同时兼顾电学特性和光学特性两方面的要求。本文围绕着电极,衬底,微腔效应,下转换等方面,综述了国内外顶发射白光器件的发展状况。Abstract： We ^-an obtain full-color flat panel displays by adopting oolur liltor in top-emitting white organic light-emitting devices （TWOLEDs） which is the easiest method among the various ways. The realization of the high performance TWOLEDs relies on two major prerequisites which are the electrical characteristics and file optical charaoteris ties. In this paper, recent progress of TWOLEDs is reviewed, including electrode, substrate, microcavity effect, down-conversion phosphors and so on.
