石榴皮提取液及其两种萃取物对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨石榴皮乙醇提取物及其两种萃取物对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。方法取雄性ICR小鼠90只,随机分为空白对照组、免疫低下模型组、石榴皮乙醇提取物组、石榴皮乙酸乙酯萃取物组、石榴皮正丁醇萃取物组和阳性对照螺旋藻组。除空白对照组外,应用环磷酰胺复制建立免疫低下模型,同时灌胃相应的受试物10 d,于第11天处死小鼠,测定各组小鼠抗体分泌细胞功能[抗体吸光度(A)值]和血清溶血素(HC50)的水平。结果石榴皮乙醇提取物及其两种萃取物和螺旋藻对环磷酰胺引起的免疫力低下小鼠的抗体A值和HC50均具有明显的提高作用(P<0.05或<0.01),其中乙酸乙酯萃取物效果最好。结论石榴皮乙醇提取物及其两种萃取物对环磷酰胺导致的免疫低下小鼠的体液免疫功能具有一定的提高作用。Objective To explore the effect of Ethanol Extract and its two Extracts of pomegranate peel on the humoral immune function in mice.Methods Ninty male ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,they were the control group,the low immunity model group,Ethanol Extract group and,ethylacetate Extract group,n-butanol Extract group,positive control group（spirulina group）.Excepted normal control group.The immunosuppressed mice was made by injecting cyclophosphamide.At the same time,the objects needed to be tested were intragastric administrated into mice.On the eleventh day,mice were put to death,the ability of antibody secreting cell and the level of serum hemolysin were measured.Results Ethanol Extract and its two Extracts could significantly enhance the ability of antibody secreting cells and the level of serum hemolysin in the immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide（P0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion The effect of ethanol extract of pomegranate peel can improve the humoral immune function in the immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
