摘 要:目的观察比较碳酸氢钠溶液、氟化钠溶液及碳酸氢钠与氟化钠混合液对人牙釉质抗酸性的影响。方法取制备好的釉质标本随机分为4组,经碳酸氢钠溶液、氟化钠溶液、碳酸氢钠与氟化钠混合液及对照组双蒸水预处理后进行抗酸实验,比较实验后各组釉质标本表面形态差异。结果抗酸实验后,对照组釉质表面见明显酸蚀孔隙,经矿化液预处理的3组实验组釉质表面显示脱矿凹陷少或浅,有不同程度矿物质覆盖,其中混合矿化液处理组釉质表面脱矿程度最轻。结论碳酸氢钠溶液可增加釉质抗酸性,且能协同氟化物增强其抗酸能力。Objective To compare effects of NaHCO3 solution,NaF solution and mixed solution of NaF and NaHCO3 on the acid resistance of human enamel in vitro and to evaluate their anticarious efficacy.Methods The enamel specimens were selected and divided randomly into four groups which were exposed to three treated groups and double-distilled water respectively.The morphological difference of ena-mel surfaces were observed after anticary tests by the scanning election microscope.Results Local holes and irregular type of destruction were found in the control group after anticary tests,less demineralized areas and different degree deposits were observed on the enamel surfaces in the experimental groups which were pretreated with three kinds of mineral solution.There was lest destruction in the mixed mineral solution group.Conclusion There is certain acid-resistant effect using sodium bicarbonate to pretreat the dental enamel.The anticary effect of fluoride may increase when combined with bicarbonate.
