摘 要:采用L9(34)正交试验方法,研究了扦插基质、激素种类、激素浓度等因素对披针叶胡颓子扦插生根能力的影响。结果表明:影响披针叶胡颓子扦插生根的主导因素是扦插基质,其次是激素种类,激素浓度的影响最小。以珍珠岩为扦插基质,采取300 mg.L-1GGR进行预处理,披针叶胡颓子扦插条的生根效果最佳,生根率可达76.67%,生根指数最大可达到30.65。The cutting propagation technology of Elaeagnus lanceolata were studied with a L9(34)orthogonal test design which consisted of three factors of cutting medium,hormone type and the hormone concentration.The results showed that cutting medium was the main factor then was the type of hormone.Hormone concentration had the least impact on rooting.The treatment of perlite as the cutting medium and GGR 300 mg·L-1 as hormone for pre-treatment were the best cutting propagation technical conditions ofElaeagnus lanceolata,and the rooting rate reached 76.67%,with the rooting index maximum up to 30.65.
