大学新生入学教育新模式的探索与思考

摘　　要：大学新生入学教育是整个高等教育的起始点和基础点,直接影响着大学生的发展与成才,同时关系到一所高校的学风与校风的养成。目前国内高校新生入学教育的现状不容乐观,教育缺乏针对性和系统性,实效比较差,迫切需要进行改革以构建新生入学教育新模式。近几年,我们为此进行了大量调查研究和深入思考,为构建新生入学教育新模式做了不懈探索,在教育内容和形式上均有所创新,取得了明显的成效。The entrance education is the basis point of higher education,it is critical in making a direct impact on the development of college students and establishment of learning atmosphere and school spirit.At present,the situation of domestic entrance education is not optimistic.The entrance education is lack of points,systematicness and effect which is urgent to reform so as to build a new model of the entrance education.In recent years,we have conducted an extensive survey of research and deep thinking and made tireless exploration in rebuilding new model of entrance education and innovation on education content and form.So far,these works have achieved remarkable results.
