朱顶红品种POD酶活性及生物指标聚类分析研究

摘　　要：对从国外引种的朱顶红品种的POD酶活性进行了测定。结果显示,朱顶红品种间POD酶活性有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。对朱顶红的指标变量进行了聚类分析,结果表明这些指标可以聚为3类,聚类分析结果为朱顶红进行特征描述和评价提供参考。POD activity of Hippeastrum vittatum introduced from Holland were determined.The result showed that the POD activities of varieties of Hippeastrum vittatum had extremely significant difference（P0.01）.The indicator variables of Hippeastrum vittatum were analyzed by clustering analysis.The result showed that these indicators were divided into 3 groups.Clustering analysis results can provide reference in description and evaluation of Hippeastrum vittatum.
