籽用南瓜种质资源农艺性状遗传多样性及亲缘关系研究

摘　　要：通过对18份籽用南瓜材料的36个农艺性状进行遗传多样性分析和亲缘关系分析,结果表明:1、农艺性状的变异系数从9.85%～206.82%,平均变异系数为45.85%。在主蔓刺毛、主蔓色、叶裂程度、白斑有无、雌首花天数、瓜梗长、瓜瘤有无、瓜面蜡粉、瓜横切面形状9个性状上存在着丰富的变异,变异系数均超过50%;2、聚类分析结果发现18份籽用南瓜材料分属于3个南瓜栽培种,分别是中国南瓜、印度南瓜和美洲南瓜,在亲缘关系上,美洲南瓜和中国南瓜近,与印度南瓜远,与传统观点相一致;3、主成分因子分析分别从质量性状和数量性状两个方面说明了籽用南瓜种质资源的遗传多样性,其中,质量性状的贡献率达到50.98%,确定了叶色、叶形、白斑有无、花萼形状、花蕾形状、雌首花日期、主蔓色、主蔓刺毛、瓜梗质地、瓜梗基部膨大形状、瓜溜有无、瓜面蜡粉、瓜面特征、瓜横切面形状、种子周缘、种喙特征16个质量性状是区别不同籽用南瓜栽培种的主要形态指标。36 main agronomic traits of 18 materials in seed-used pumpkin were studied on agronomic traits diversity and genetic relationship.The results showed that coefficient of variation（CV） based on agronomic traits ranged from 9.85% to 206.82% with the average of 45.85%.Among 36 agronomic traits,the most significant variance existed in main stem hair,main stem color,leaf division,white spot in leaf surface,first female flowering date,fruit stalk length,number of fruit tumor,fruit surface wax and fruit shape in transverse section.Based on the agronomic traits,18 materials were clustered into 3 groups,they were divided into three groups： cucurbita pepo L.,C.moschata D.,C.maximaand D..Principal component analysis（PCA）showed that the germplasm resources diversity of seed-used pumpkin represented two aspects from the quality characters and the quantity characters,respectively;and 16 quality characters（leaf color,leaf shape,white spot in leaf surface,shape of calyx,flower bud,the date for bearing first female flower,main stem color,main stem hair,texture of fruit stalk,inflated shape of basal part on fruit stalk,number of fruit tumors,fruit surface wax,character of fruit surface,fruit shape in transverse section,seed margin,character of funiclus trace of seed）were mainly indexes as the main morphological traits to distinguish cultivated species among seed-used pumpkin.
