摘  要:沙芥(Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.)为中国特有种,是1种具有很高经济价值和生态价值的沙生蔬菜。本实验以野生沙芥种子为试验材料,测其在20℃~30℃下、不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理及蒸馏水恢复后的萌发率、萌发速率,以及萌发后幼苗下胚轴、胚根的长度和干重、苗干重。结果表明:(1)在NaCl处理条件下,沙芥种子的萌发率和萌发速率随着NaCl浓度的增加而降低,当其处理浓度达300mM及以上时则完全抑制种子萌发。(2)将各处理中未萌发的种子转移至蒸馏水中进行恢复萌发,所有浓度下的种子均有萌发;NaCl浓度为200mM~400mM的种子最终萌发率显著高于对照,NaCl浓度为100mM和200mM的下胚轴长度高于对照。由此可见在NaCl环境中沙芥种子具有萌发潜力,幼苗也有出土的形态优势。Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaertn,chinese specie,one kind of sand vegetables with high ecological and economic values.The germination percentage,germination rate,the length and dry weight of hypocotyl and radical,the seedling dry weight under NaCl tretment and recovery with distilled water at 20/30℃ were determined.The results showed that:(1).The germination percetnatge,germination rate reduced with the increasing of NaCl content,300mM NaCl completely inhibited germination of P.cornutum(L.) Gaertn seeds.(2).Non germinated seeds in NaCl condtion were transferred to distilled water.Which could germinate in different degree,the final recovery germination percentage at 200mM^400mM were significantly higher than the control.The length of hypocotyls was higher at 100mM and 200mM than the control.The seed of P.cornutum(L.) Gaertn had potential germination and early seedling had ability of emerging from burial in NaCl conditon
