摘 要:为探讨舍饲与放牧条件下内蒙古白绒山羊血液学指标的差异。采用全自动血液分析法和Westergren法,分别对舍饲和放牧条件下56只内蒙古白绒山羊血液样本的12项血液学指标进行了测定和统计学分析。结果显示:白细胞总数(WBC)、血小板含量(PLT)无显著差异(P>0.05);红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白量(HGB)、红细胞压积容量(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均血红蛋白浓度,舍饲组显著低于放牧组(P<0.05);红细胞沉降速度(ESR),舍饲组显著高于放牧组(P<0.05)。提示舍饲饲养方式下的白绒山羊与放牧条件下相比较,血液学指标有明显的贫血倾向,可能是饲养方式改变之后,饲料单一造成的营养不良性贫血所致。In order to determine the haematological index difference of cashmere goats in grazing and in stall-feeding,56 blood samples of cashmere goats were checked with automatic blood analysis and Westergren.12 indexes of every sample were detected and the results were analyzed by statistic methods.They indicated that the total number of white blood cells(WBC) and platelet(PLT) weren't significant difference in both groups(P0.05).Comparing to grazing group,the number of red blood cells,hemoglobin(HGB),hematocrit(HCT),the mean volume of red cells(MCV),mean cell hemoglobin(MCH),mean cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) were significantly decreased(P0.05) in stall-feeding group.But erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) significantly increased(P0.05).In conclusion,haematological index of cashmere goats in stall-fed had the malnutrition anemia tendency which was induced after breeding mode changed
