摘　　要：为提高监管部门对各分散网吧进行集中统一监控,文章在分析传统监控方法的基础上,深入探索了基于Google Map和Adobe Flash Media Server(简称FMS)的网吧监控系统的实时性和远程智能化问题,介绍了系统体系结构、设计思路、基本功能和实现方法。The supervision authorities need to improve their ability to centrally control the scattered cyber bars.On the basis of the analysis of various traditional monitoring methods,the paper explores in detail the real time about the monitoring system of cyber bars and its remote intelligentization based on Google Map and Adobe Flash Media Server（referred to as FMS）.Meanwhile,the structure,the design ideas,the basic functions and implementation methods of this system are also introduced.
