摘 要:本文选取南方某城市的7个大屏幕显示屏为研究对象,采用CIE与国内的广告招牌的标准对其进行了评价。从监测的背景亮度数据中发现,市主干大道两侧四个屏幕(Ⅰ-1、Ⅰ-2、Ⅰ-3和Ⅰ-4)所在区域靠近公园,属于低背景亮度区域;商业街两个显示屏(Ⅱ和Ⅲ)属于中背景亮度区域,而步行街显示屏(Ⅳ)背景亮度很高,属于高背景亮度区域。评价结果表明:七个显示屏中只有Ⅰ-1和Ⅳ两个显示屏满足标准,其余5个超过标准允许值,然后针对显示屏光污染现状提出了改进的措施和管理方法。This paper select seven big display panels as the research objects, and evaluate them by standards of CIE and domestic advertising signs. From the monitoring data of background luminance, it finds that the area of four display panels ( Ⅰ -1, Ⅰ -2, Ⅰ -3, Ⅰ-4) in both sides of arterial road of some south city in China, which near the central park, is the low luminance background area; Two displays in Commercial street ( Ⅱ and Ⅲ ) are the medium luminance background area, and the area of Vehicle-free Promenade (Ⅳ) is the high luminance background area. The result indicates that, the display panel of Ⅰ - 1 and Ⅳ meet the standards only, the luminance of other five display panels are higher than standard. And then we give out the improved measures and management methods of light pollution.
