摘　　要：通过对民办、公办高校图书馆在办馆性质、机构设置、文献资源建设、人员编制等几方面的对比,充分阐述了民办高校图书馆与公办高校图书馆在办馆理念、管理、服务上的不同,有助于民办高校图书馆吸取公办高校图书馆成熟的办馆经验,制定出科学的、符合自身特色的发展策略,建立民办高校图书馆自有的运作模式,取得高效快速的跨越式发展,从而进一步发挥图书馆对学校教学的保障作用。In this article,according to the comparison of the libraries on the nature of establishment,organization arrangements,construction of documental resources,staff,the author illustrates the differences from the view of the established concepts,management and service.It helps the non-governmental library acquire the mature experiences from the public libraries,formulate scientific and suitable strategies,set up its own operating patterns and achieve the efficient and high-speed development.Thereby,the library could further ensure the college teaching and studying.
