摘　　要：产业集群作为一种新型的产业组织形式，其内在的低成本竞争优势、技术创新优势、自增长优势是其他产业组织形式所无法比拟的，它对区域经济的发展和区域竞争力的提高起着重要的推动作用。发展集群经济应结合区域资源特色，从政府、企业、社会多方面入手，通过提高区域集聚效应，加快经济发展。As a new form of industrial organization, and with its inherent low - cost competitive advantages, technological innovation advantages, and self- growth advantages, industrial cluster is incomparable for other forms of industrial organizations, and it plays an important role in promoting the regional economic development and the competitiveness. The development of the economic clusters should be combined with the characteristics of regional resources, improving the regional agglomeration effects and speeding up economic development from the aspects of the government, business, and society.
