摘　　要：针对环境经营问题展开探讨,分析了环境经营的现状及企业进行环境经营的重要性,指出企业家在环境经营过程中的重要作用,强调构建企业家的激励与约束机制,是企业有效进行环境经营的重要手段,并对建立企业家的激励与约束机制提出了构想。The environmental management problems are discussed, the environment management and the status of enterprise are analyzed, and the importance of environmental management is pointed out in environmental management process of the entrepreneur, it is an important method for enterprise environmental management to construct entrepreneur＇s incentive and restraint mechanisms, and its conception is established.
