鄂西生态文化旅游圈农业信息化发展策略分析

摘　　要：从农业信息化基础设施建设、农业信息资源开发与利用、农业信息技术应用、农业信息服务、农业信息化政策法规等5个方面总结出鄂西生态文化旅游圈农业信息化所取得的成就,并指出存在的主要问题,进而提出加快鄂西生态文化旅游圈农业信息化建设的5大策略:加强农业信息化区域性政策导向和法规建设;加强农业信息化主体建设;积极开展农业信息服务模式的借鉴和创新;加快农业信息化人才引进和培养;加快农业信息标准化的实践探索。The paper firstly summarizes the achievements of agricultural informatization in Western Hubei ecological and cultural tourism circle from five aspects, including the infrastructure construction, the exploitation and utilization of agricultural information resources, the application of agricultural information technology, the agricultural information service, the policies and regulations, and points out some main problems, then proposes five strategies about speeding up agricultural informatization in this region： strengthening the regional policy guidance and law construction; strengthening the subiect construction; actively carrying out the reference and innovation in modes of agricultural information service; accelerating the introduction and cultivation of talents; accelerating the practical exploration of agricultural information standardization.
