摘　　要：师生之间的文化冲突一直都以他独有的形式存在着,近年来这种冲突变得愈演愈烈。如果师生之间的矛盾冲突得不到正确对待势必会对教学活动产生影响。本文试从师生文化冲突的概念、特征、原因等方面进行阐述,从而进一步得出促进师生之间文化融合的几项策略。The cultural conflict between teachers and students has always been being as its particular form.Recently,such conflicts have become strengthened.If the cultural conflicts between teachers and students are not correctly solved,it will impact on teaching.This paper will discuss the concept,characteristics,causes of the cultural conflict between teachers and students,and how to promote cultural integration between teachers and students.
