摘  要:将高温固相法制得的YBCO研磨,于无水乙醇中进行超声分散获得纳米YBCO/乙醇溶胶,随后掺入纳米金溶胶,浓缩、干燥得金掺杂的YBCO材料.结果发现,纳米金掺杂的YBCO/乙醇溶胶中粒子形成纳米链;掺杂适量金提高了YBCO的晶化程度;掺金量为0.025wt%~0.500wt%时,金/YBCO材料的超导转变温度T_e为93.84~92.01 K,但掺杂1%的金时,样品超导性能消失.若能进一步控制好掺金量,金掺杂YBCO的T_e也会相应得到提高.YBCO bulk material by high temperature solid state reaction was milled and dispersed by ultrasonic process in alcohol solvent and nanoscale YBCO/alcohol sot was obtained. Then it was mixed with nano-Au sol and YBCO doped with Au materials were prepared after concentration and drying. The results show that the nanoparticles form nano chain in YBCO / ethanol sol doped with nano-Au. The degree of crystallization of YBCO is increased by doping with an appropriate amount of Au. Doped with 0. 025%~0. 500% by weight percentage of Au, the Tc of Au/YBCO materials are 93.84~92.01 K, but the superconductivity disappear with 1% of Au. The Tc YBCO doped with Au will be improved accordingly if the amount of Au can be further controlled.
