复方龙葵胶囊对高血压合并失眠患者的影响

摘　　要：目的评价复方龙葵胶囊治疗高血压合并失眠患者的有效性。方法 124例高血压病患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在服用常规降压西药的基础上加服复方龙葵胶囊,观察其治疗前后血压变化和睡眠情况。结果治疗组降压疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),临床改善睡眠质量的疗效比较治疗组总有效率87.1%,对照组总有效率74.2%(P<0.05)。结论复方龙葵胶囊治疗高血压合并失眠具有副作用小,疗效显著的特点,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To Evaluate the Effect of treating the hypertension and insomnia patients by the Compound Solanum Nigrum capsuals.METHODS The 124 Hypertension patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.On basis of conventional therapy in Western medicine,the treatment group took additional The Capsuals of Compound Solanum Nigrum.It is to observe the change of The Blood Pressure and the condition of Sleep in the treatment from front to rear.RESULTS The treatment group is superrior to the control group on reducing pressure（P〈0.05）,comparing with the control group,the treatment group has efficiency of 87.1% in the clinical treatment to change slumber quality,and the control group has 74.2%（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Compound Solanum Nigrum capsuals is a effectively drug with little side-effeat and can be recommended in clinics.
