摘　　要：文章从"无障碍外部空间"概念入手,结合益阳市无障碍外部空间的现状,分别从道路交通、公共建筑和公共活动场所对益阳市无障碍外部空间进行了问题分析与思考。Beginning with the concept definition of ＂barrier-free outer space＂,combining the status of Accessible External Space in Yiyang City like the Road traffic,public buildings and public places,this article analyzes Accessible External Space of Yiyang City and expresses the thinking of it.
