摘  要:为保证过桥齿轮在受温度、承载及防蚀、防污等环境影响下能正常使用,介绍了AS型集聚纺上罗拉的结构、工作环境及传动过程,分析了其过桥齿轮结合件的结构及使用要求,通过将聚甲醛塑料、含油滑动轴承等专业技术在过桥齿轮上的应用,说明过桥齿轮结合件设计结构简单、合理,其材料具有优越的耐蚀性,可在一些无法加油及不能加油的情况下使用。In order to keep the intermediate gear running smoothly under the environment of temperature variation,loading,and anti-rust and anti-contamination,introduction is made to the structure,work condition,and conveying process of the top roller AS for compact spinning,analysis is done to the structure of the joinning parts of the intermediate gear and its application caution.Through application of the POM material,oil-contained sliding bearing on the intermediate gear,it proves that the joining parts of the intermediate gear is of simple structure and reasoned design,marked anti-rust property,thus applicable for the environment in which oiling is not accessible or impossible.
