摘　　要：为了提高普通梳棉机的梳理效能,提升其装备水平,针对我国第二代梳棉机锡林上大部分未配置固定齿条盖板的现状,探讨了A186F型梳棉机加装GFB-ⅢQ型固定齿条盖板的安装、使用事项及工艺配置,重点对比分析了改造前、后成纱质量、关联质量指标,并对提高生条定量后的纺纱质量进行了分析。指出:在普通梳棉机上加装固定齿条盖板纺普梳纱可明显提高成纱质量,纺精梳纱可改善半制品的内在质量;既可充分发挥梳棉机对质量的稳定作用,同时可在普通梳棉机上推广重定量高效工艺;技改后,可减少梳棉机的开台数,大幅降低生产成本;齿条盖板针布的选用必须结合梳棉机和其他分梳元件的状态进行,同时配置相应合理的工艺。In order to upgrade the performance of the conventional card for better configuration,considering the situation that most of the card cylinders of the second generation fail to be equipped with the stationary wire flat,an approach is made into the card A186F equipped with the stationary wire flat GFB-ⅢQ regarding its installation,caution of application and the process configuration.Highlight is given to the yarn quality before and after the modification plus the related quality index.Analysis is also done to the yarn quality after increse of the rationed card sliver.Conclusion is made that addition of the stationary wire flat to the conventional card can increase the quality of the conventioanlly carded yarn while the combed yarn with better inner quality.Stablizing of the quality can be realized for the card and the promotion of the effiency process with big ration can be gained for the conventional card.The number of the card can be cut down with marked reduction of the production cost after the modification.Selection of the wire flat card must be done considering the situation of the card and other card elements with better process configuration.
