摘  要:唐钢无钟炉顶布料技术的发展经历了单环布料、以中心气流为主适当发展边缘气流的多环布料模式,摸索出了"小批半倒"处理特殊炉况、上下部相结合处理炉墙粘结的方法及薄壁铜冷却壁高炉的"大角度、大角差、大矿批、重边缘"布料模式,并根据生产实践总结了不同阶段无钟炉顶布料的一些规律,探讨了一些生产实践中关注的技术问题。It is concluded the development of bell-less charge distribution technique in Tang Steel.It is single-circle distribution at first and at present multi-circle one,which distributes charge mainly with central air flow while subsidiary with edge flow.It is worked out the distribution model of "small lots and half pouring" to treat special situation,method of combining upper and lower parts together to treat furnace wall's bonding,"large angle,large angle difference,large ore batch,heavy edge" model for blast furnace with thin copper cooling wall.Some laws of distribution for bell-less furnace roof in different stage is concluded based on practical production,some technical questions discussed.
