摘　　要：通过结合唐钢公司大生产的产品进行具体实验,讨论了热轧卷取温度、冷轧压下率、罩式退火工艺等因素对SPCE冷轧板组织的影响,最终确定了热轧采用低温卷取工艺、冷轧总压下率控制在70%左右、适宜的退火加热温度和保温时间才能得到最优的组织,从而对优化SPCE的生产工艺、提高产品性能提供了理论依据。Based on practical experiment with products of Tang Steel,it is discussed the influence of hot-rolling coiling-temperature,cold-rolling percent reduction and covered annealing process on structure of SPCE cold-rolled plate.It is concluded that to get optimized structure low-temperature coiling should be adopted in hot-rolling,total percent reduction in cold-rolling be controlled at about 70 percent,annealing temperature and temperature-keeping time both be suitable.
