摘  要:利用785 nm激光二极管作为泵浦源,对长度为4.5 m,纤芯直径为20μm,内包层截面为D形的掺铥双包层光纤进行可调谐实验研究.通过使用闪耀光栅作为选频元件,利用后向Littrow结构,获得波长在2μm附近最大105 nm范围内的可调谐输出,且在可调谐范围内,各激光光谱线宽均约2.2 nm.结果表明,可调谐波长范围除与光纤荧光谱有关外,还与闪耀光栅特性参数直接相关.A study on tunable thulium-doped fiber laser pumped by a 785 nm LD was proposed.The Tm fiber was 4.5 m long with core diameter of 20 m and D-shaped cross section of the inner cladding.A back-Littrow configuration was adopted with a blazed grating as a frequency selecting component.The maximum tunable range reached 105 nm from 1 938 nm to 2 043 nm with launched pump power of9.46 W,and the line width of each laser spectrum was about 2.2 nm in the tunable range.Analysis indicated that the tunable range was not only related with the fluorescence spectrum of the fiber,but also determined by the characteristics of the grating significantly.The prospects for further improvement in performance were discussed lastly.
